Wir sind die Aktug GmbH – Stuckateurbetrieb mit Fokus auf Innenputz, Außenputz und WDVS. Seit 2012 realisieren wir Projekte für Privat- und Geschäftskunden im Rheinland und darüber hinaus.
WDVS – über 250 Einfamilienhäuser & 400 Wohneinheiten in MFH, dazu Gewerbe, Kitas und Pflege.
Innenputz – über 300 Einfamilienhäuser & 100 Wohnungen plus gewerbliche Objekte.

Aufbau eines Wärmedämmverbundsystemes (WDVS)
Ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem besteht aus aufeinander abgestimmten Schichten, die gemeinsam für einen zuverlässigen Wärme- und Witterungsschutz sorgen. Durch diesen mehrschichtigen Aufbau verbessert ein WDVS nachhaltig die Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes, schützt das Mauerwerk vor Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitseinflüssen und trägt entscheidend zur Langlebigkeit und Werterhaltung der Immobilie bei.
Untergund
Ziegelmauerwerk oder z.B. andere Mauerwerksarten, Alte Putzschicht, Beton
Dämmung
EPS-Dämmplatten oder z.B. Mineralwolle
Mechanische Befestigung
Thermodübel versenkt in Dämmplatte oder durch das Gewebe je nach Lastfall
Armierung
Bestehend aus Mörtelbett und eingebettetem Glasfasergewebe für Rissfestigkeit
Fassadenbeschichtung
Silikonharz- oder Mineralischer Oberputz mit Körnung oder Klinkerriemchen
Schlussbeschichtung
Farbanstrich nach Wunsch mit besonderen Eigenschaften (Wasserabweisend, UV-Beständig, Selbstreinigend, Algen-/Pilzschutz)
